The Client

An established Anglican church in Singapore is a vibrant, inter-generational, and multi-ethnic faith community serving worshippers of all ages and backgrounds. With a strong commitment to worship, pastoral care, outreach programmes, and community support initiatives, the organization plays an important role in serving both its congregation and the wider local community. Its daily operations rely heavily on stable internet connectivity, secure communications, and uninterrupted access to administrative systems that support church activities, staff coordination, member engagement, and event management. As the organization expanded its facilities and community services, the need for stronger network performance, improved infrastructure reliability, and proactive IT support became increasingly important to ensure smooth operations and long-term continuity.

The Challenge

The organization was facing ongoing IT challenges due to a reactive and unresponsive IT vendor that only addressed issues after they occurred, rather than providing proactive monitoring and preventive support.
